Embedded readout electronics R&D for the large PMTs in the JUNO experiment

Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a next generation liquid scintillator neutrino experiment under construction phase in South China. Thanks to the anti-neutrinos produced by nearby nuclear power plants, JUNO will be able study mass hierarchy, one of open key questions physics. One ingredient for successful measurement use high speed, resolution sampling electronics located very close detector signal. Linearity response another important success experiment. During initial design electronics, custom with Front-End and Read-Out analog signal has been developed successfully tested. The present paper describes structure first tests performed on prototypes. prototypes have tested they show good linearity response, maximum deviation 1.3% over full dynamic range (1-1000 p.e.), fulfilling requirements.
